Like it or not, summer is over. This means it’s time to get excited for the cold season and all the fun stuff that comes with it.

With the countdown to Christmas underway, Aldi has announced that it’s sell-out festive hamper range will be returning for another year – and we can’t wait to get our hands on one.

This year’s hotly-anticipated gift bundles are brimming with some absolute corkers, and will go on sale very soon.

There will be nine delightful hampers to choose from, including two of which are new for 2021: the Sommelier Six Wine Hamper (£99.99) and Aldi’s luxurious Ultimate Decadence Hamper (£149.99).

Want to get in there first? The Aldi Christmas hampers will be available to pre-order online from September 27 – with prices starting from as little as £19.99.

The supermarket chain says its cheapest hamper costs 50% less than Fortnum & Mason’s lowest priced hamper, which will set you back £75, meaning shoppers can save £55 if they opt for the affordable dupe.

This year’s full hamper range includes:

  • Christmas Favourites Hamper – £19.99
  • The Chocolate Celebration Hamper – £29.99
  • The Vegan Hamper – £29.99
  • The Afternoon Treats Selection Hamper – £39.99
  • The Luxury Collection Hamper – £59.99
  • The Christmas Feast Hamper – £79.99
  • Ultimate Celebration Hamper – £99.99
  • The Sommelier’s Six Wine Hamper – £99.99
  • The Ultimate Decadence Hamper – £149.99

All of the hampers are brimming with cakes, chocolates, wine and savouries that will help you celebrate the holidays in style.

The Christmas Favourites Hamper (£19.99) is the cheapest option and features a strawberry conserve, florentines, a chocolate and salted caramel bombe, Moser Roth milk chocolate mountain bar and a bottle of Argentinian Malbec.

While the Vegan hamper (£29.99) includes a selection of plant-based festive staples, such as the Free From Christmas pudding, vegan cookies, Moser Roth vegan salted caramel truffles, alongside a bottle of vegan wine.

And Aldi’s priciest and most extravagant £149.99 hamper contains an impressive 35 items including everything from chocolates and cakes to sauces and savoury surprises. It also includes a 30 month matured Christmas pudding – yum!

The supermarket’s festive hampers have gone down a storm in previous years as they offer great value for many compared to many rivals.

Whether you’re shopping for a cocktail lover, chocolate addict or foodie, there is an Aldi hamper to suit all tastes and budgets to this festive season.

You can pre-order all of the hampers online at aldi.co.uk from next Monday (September 27).

Will you be buying one of Aldi’s Christmas hampers this year? Or are you planning to buy one elsewhere? Let us know in the comments section below.
