Calling all beauty buffs! Amazon’s famous Prime Day sale will be happening from June 21st to 22nd – so just a week away.

It’s the perfect opportunity to stock up on big beauty and makeup brands that the online giant stocks, for much less than you think.

However, it’s worth pointing out that only Amazon Prime customers will have access to the two-day sale – so if you’re not a member already, now’s the perfect time to join. Plus new members can get a 30-day free trial. How good is that?

So, if you’ve been on the hunt for a bargain mascara, want to try some new shampoo or perhaps treat yourself or someone you love to a perfume – look no further than the online retailer’s annual sale.

Amazon hasn’t confirmed exactly which beauty brands will be included, but if last year was anything to go by shoppers can expect to see names like Coco & Eve, FOREO, L’Oreal, Braun, Olay and more make an appearance in the price cuts.

We’ve listed more details about the other beauty deals you can expect to see during the two day event, along with shopping tips. There’s also a handy guide about the latest Prime Day deals here as well.

If you have no idea what Prime Day is, listen up. It’s the online giant’s annual sale, which takes place over two days. This year, it’s taking place between the 21st and 22nd June, much earlier than last year’s sale date – which took place in October.

So if you haven’t already, you might want to make a note of these dates now – we can promise you this is a sale you won’t want to miss.

Everything from fashion, home, beauty, technology and more, will all be included – so a great opportunity to nab a bargain (or 12).

How to find the best deals when Prime Day starts?

Now we’ve become pros at shopping the Amazon Prime Day extravaganza – so we thought we’d share a few tips with you on how to bag the best deals and steals.

If you can, hold out for another week before buying anything from Amazon. Chances are that washing machine, vacuum cleaner or digital camera will be in the Prime sale.

It’s also a great idea, if you haven’y already, to create a Wishlist of items you or other family members are after. This way you know where everything you want to shop is and, you can keep an eye on the price – incase it drops over the 48 hour period.

The online market place is also known for their ‘Lightning Deals’ or ‘Deals of the Day’, which are often available for a limited time only.

You can find these along the top of Amazon’s website. In previous years, beauty buys, technology items and household electrical goods have been spotted here at low prices.

Good news for app users as you can sign up for alerts – and when the next deal is about to drop. You’ll also be notified about any upcoming deals that will be happening over Prime Day as well.

We recommend the day before Prime Day is happening, to open up the app and press the menu button (the three horizontal lines), and press on “Today’s Deals”, from there click on the “Availability” menu, which should drop-down, then “Upcoming.”

When you scroll down, you’ll be able to see the deals happening over the next 24 hours.

If you see a deal you want to receive a notification for when it goes live, press “Watch this deal”.
