Springbok props, Steven Kitshoff and Frans Malherbe have been called to the Barbarians squad set to face Samoa at the end of November.
The pair will join two other Springboks in the BaaBaas squad, No 8 Duane Vermeulen and hooker Malcolm Marx, who were called up in September.
Coaches Dave Rennie and Jonathan Humphreys have also added Wallaby Quade Cooper to the Barbarian ranks.
The flyhalf returned to international action for the first time in four years during the Rugby Championship and kicked a last minute penalty that helped Australia beat the Boks in September.
