Chris Evans is People’s Sexiest Man Alive for 2022.

People has named their Sexiest Man Alive for 2022, and it’s none other than Captain America himself, Chris Evans.

“My mom will be so happy,” he says. “She’s proud of everything I do but this is something she can really brag about.”

Meanwhile, she sweetly tells the publication: “I am not surprised at all. Our family will be beside themselves.”

In his interview with the publication, the star talks about his career and his future in the industry, revealing his priorities have shifted in recent years.

“When it comes to seeking out the people I play it’s more of an issue of where the movie shoots. I’m too old to be living out of a suitcase for six months and I’ve settled into a nicer phase where I’m just happy being at home.”

The star, whose previously opened up about marriage and fatherhood, adds: “That’s absolutely something I want.”

Reflecting on his new title, which he takes over from Paul Rudd, he says: “It’s something that as I become old and saggy I can look back on and say ‘I remember then…’

“I’m lucky to be in the discussion in any capacity.”
