Kitchen experts at Wren Kitchens have shared which cleaning hacks actually work when tackling baking dishes and chopping boards.
Using just white vinegar, washing up liquid, lemon juice and bicarbonate of soda, the experts at Wren scoured social media for the best hacks.

Baking dishes can easily become caked in food and grease if they’re not properly scrubbed after each use.
Removing old food and stains can seem like an impossible task, even after hours of soaking and scrubbing.

Put kitchen roll all over the dish so it is completely covered.
Wait an hour for the paste to work before using the kitchen roll to remove it from the dish.
Give the dish a rinse and watch as all the grime disappears.
You can buy bicarbonate of soda for as little as 65p from ASDA.
TikTok user Robbie Bell (@robbiebell8) shared his hack which has had more than 14,300 likes on the site.
To keep his chopping board smelling fresh, Robbie used bicarbonate of soda.
Spread baking soda evenly over the chopping board before squeezing the juice of half a lemon onto the board.
Using the half lemon as a sponge, massage the mixture on the chopping board.
If you don’t have a lemon to hand, you can use water but the citrus will help to oust any unpleasant smells.
Once the paste has been thoroughly massaged into the board, leave it for 30 minutes before rising off with a damp cloth.
