HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Entry submissions are made via the newly launched Miss South Africa app.
- Entries for Miss South Africa 2022 open on Friday and close on 30 April.
- Entries open at 9:00 on Friday and close at 23:00 on 30 April.
- A “How to” educational video series is available on the app, which entrants are encouraged to view.
- There are no forms to download and no regional auditions to which hopefuls will have to travel to.
“Those who wish to enter can simply download the app, answer a few questions and upload their entry photos. Entrants will also be required to post their 45 seconds introduction video on social media as part of the entry process,” says the organisation.
The official Miss South Africa app will also allow fans to have a say in who will be crowned the next Miss South Africa.
“Read and get to know the contestants, vote for your favourite, view exclusive content, buy Miss SA merchandise and learn more about this year’s competition,” says the organisation.
