Happy Birthday! SA sporting community sends Springbok captain Siya Kolisi love on his 30th | Sport

The South African sporting community and worldwide rugby fans took to social media to wish Springbok captain Siya Kolisi Happy Birthday.

The loose forward turns 30-years-old on Wednesday, 16 June, which also coincides South Africa’s annual celebration of ‘Youth Day’.

Kolisi’s Sharks team-mates Aphelele Fassi, Makazole Mapimpi, Proteas star batsman Faf du Plessis, Springbok prop Vincent Koch and more took to Instagram to wish Kolisi on his special day.

Meanwhile, on Twitter former South African rugby union player Thando Manana said: “On that special day wins Boks 3rd RWC Trophy “A win for the Ages”. A BIG HAPPY 30th Birthday today kuwe Gqwashu, Gxiya @SiyaKolisi_Bear, all the best mtshana for #LionsRugby series #GqeberhaFinest”

Kolisi is currently in the Springbok camp preparing for the upcoming British and Irish Lions tour set to start next month.
