Next summer sale 2021: When is it and how to get early access

For those who didn’t get a chance to shop Amazon’s Prime Day sale, you’re in luck as there’s another sale extravaganza about to happen very soon.

Perfect for fashion and homeware fans, Next’s summer sale features discounts on almost everything you can think of – and we’ve got details on how to gain early access to the event.

Next sale shoppers can expect deals on clothing for kids, women, and men, as well as offers on stylish furniture products. It’s certainly an event no bargain hunter should miss!

The high street store usually runs four seasonal sales every year with savings of up to 50% off across various categories, such as clothing, baby, home and furniture.

To make sure you don’t miss out, we’ve included everything you should know about this year’s Next summer sale below, including when it might be launching, how to get early access and what deals to expect.

When is the Next sale 2021?

Next usually holds a sale in September that’s hugely popular among shoppers.

Last year, its autumn sale was launched in stores on September 19 – which fell on a Saturday.

This year, the Next sale is due to start this Saturday (25th September), so it’s best to get your shopping bags at the ready.

VIP customers have started receiving emails and texts allowing them to book slots from as early as this afternoon.

Some shops opened as early as 7am to shoppers while the clearance took place last time but keep in mind that opening hours vary from store to store.

Can I book a VIP slot?

Early access to the sale means you’ll get to look at the Next sale before anyone else, so you’ll have your pick of the best deals before they sell out.

To get VIP early access, you need to set up a Nextpay credit account – but you won’t need to use it when you get to the checkout. Here are all of the requirements you need to meet:

• Have a Next credit account with at least £250 credit available.

• Have an up to date email address and be registered to receive sale and promotional emails.

• VIP slots are restricted to one slot per customer and they’re available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The earlier you book a slot, the better chance you have at bagging the bargains.

What deals will be available in the sale?

Next usually offers more than half price on items in its annual sale – but the retailer hasn’t revealed what will be discounted this year.

Previous sales from the store have seen huge price-cuts on clothing for children, women, and men, along with savings on homewares and furniture.

Pick your items in advance

The VIP sale allows you to log in up to 48 hours early via the “Next Sale Preview” link to see what they have on offer. Note down the item codes of the products you wish to purchase then you can easily log in and use the quick buy function.
