Phil Collins says his 2021 reunion tour with Genesis will be their last.

The band announced in early 2020 that they would be reuniting for a tour called The Last Domino?, but due to the pandemic, ended up postponing the concerts until September 2021.

Now, according to NME, Phil has revealed in a Mojo interview that this tour is “enough” for him and will be the band’s last.

The group will tour the UK, and for the first time in 14 years, will embark on a US tour as well.

“This English and American tour, that will be enough for me,” Phil said.

According to Ultimate Classic Rock, in the same interview, Genesis member Tony Banks was not as certain about the band ending it’s tour, saying it depends on audience reception, how the rest of the group feels about it, and “how Phil stands up to it all”.

The news comes after the singer and drummer opened up about his health issues in a recent chat with the BBC.

“I can barely hold a (drum) stick with this hand, so there are certain physical things which get in the way,” the 70-year-old said, revealing that he is “kind of physically challenged a bit”.

Phil’s son, Nic Collins, will be taking over on drums for the Genesis tour.
