South African TV personality Nkanyiso Bhengu shared his impressive fitness transformation with his followers.
In 2019, Bhengu set out to change his old unhealthy lifestyle and started to improve his eating and physical activity habits. He also launched his anti-obesity campaign under the hashtag #walkitoffwithnkanyiso, inspiring people by sharing his personal journey on social media.
Speaking to Drum, he said he committed to walking almost every morning and changing his diet.
“My clothes sit better, I have more energy and stamina. My fitness level is better, everything has changed. I am feeling younger, stronger, and more energetic. I just want my stomach gone and to get out of the three digits. My target is 99kg and 95kg. I will check when I get to day 300,” the 46-year-old, who at his heaviest weighed 189 kgs, told Drum.
“Can I take this moment and just congratulate me and my dedication to fight obesity. still a long way to go but I am not where I used to be…Glory be to God, [sic]” he captioned a recent photos, showing off his weight loss thus far.
