Strictly’s highest-paid professionals: Oti Mabuse tops the list with huge salary

Strictly Come Dancing’s professionals, who partner with a celebrity every year, are reportedly paid £50,000 for starring on the show. However, some professionals are richer than others, depending on how long they have been on the show, other work, and even social media influence.

However, Gorka has one of the lowest salaries of the professionals, having taken home the £50,000 Strictly salary last year, as well as £35,000 for the Professionals live tour.

The 31-year-old Spanish dancer also earned £20,000 for the one-off show Here Come the Boys in 2019.

The second highest-paid professional is AJ Pritchard, who earns around £360,000 a year.

Although he made his debut on Strictly in 2016 and returned to the show for the following three years, the 26-year-old did not appear in last year’s line-up.

Neil and Katya Jones are no longer married, but in previous years, the pair have earned a combined amount of over £340,000.

Aljaz Skorjanec and Janette Manrara have a combined salary of over £290,000, but it’s a fortune that could continue to grow as Janette’s presenting career goes from strength to strength.

The professional dancer reached the Strictly final last year – her first time since making her debut on the show in 2013.

However, Janette quit Strictly earlier this year and will instead front spin-off show It Takes Two.

Her husband, Aljaz, will once again appear as a professional on the programme’s nineteenth series.

Professional dancer Anton Du Beke will also return to Strictly this year, having danced on the show in every series to date.

But, for the nineteenth series, the 55-year-old will appear as a judge for the first time, replacing Bruno Tonioli.

Although Anton earned around £172,000 a year over the past few years for Strictly and other work, he will now expect a hefty pay rise as a judge.

The British dancer is understood to have received £65,000 from the BBC in earlier years, while Bruno earned up to £250,000 a series, according to The Sun.
