By now, you’ve probably heard all the hype surrounding singer Adele as everyone patiently waits for the star to drop a new album.
The singer has kept fans on their toes, recently changing up her website, and social media pages – usually a hint that something is coming.
Then, of course, there was the mysterious number 30 which was projected on iconic buildings around the world. While the Hello hitmaker has not claimed ownership of the stunt, fans were quick to speculate that it could be the title of her upcoming album.
Well, it seems the wait is finally over. On Tuesday, Adele teased a new track!
A short black and white clip, share on social media, shows the singer loading a cassette tape into a car radio. As she she drives off, pages with music notes are caught in the wind and escape through the windows. A piano-led melody is heard in the background.
The track, titled Easy On Me, will be available on 15 October, according to the post.
This will be the first new release from the star since her 2015 album, 25.
